Booking Your Ride and Flat Rate Policies

Accurate Information: When you book a ride, you must provide the correct pickup location, drop-off destination, and time. For airport pickups, you must provide your correct flight number.
Upfront Flat Rates: We offer flat-rate pricing for popular routes, including trips to SeaTac, Boeing Field, and Paine Field. These flat rates cover direct travel from point A to point B.
Extra Stops: If you ask the driver to make unscheduled stops along your route, we may adjust the final fare to reflect the extra time and distance.
Cancellations and Wait Time Rules
We value your time, and we ask that you value our drivers’ time too. Because of this, we enforce fair policies for cancellations and waiting.
How to Cancel: If you need to cancel your ride, please call our dispatch team as soon as possible.
Airport Flight Delays: We track commercial flights in real-time. If your plane arrives late, we do not charge you extra wait fees. We adjust your pickup time automatically.
Standard Wait Times: For non-airport pickups, your driver will wait for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If you do not show up or contact us within those 15 minutes, we may mark the ride as a “no-show.”
Passenger Safety and Vehicle Conduct
Your safety is our highest priority. To keep our passengers and drivers safe, we maintain strict rules inside every vehicle.
No Smoking or Vaping: We maintain a strictly smoke-free fleet. You may not smoke cigarettes or use electronic vaping devices inside any of our cars.
Seat Belt Laws: Washington state law requires all passengers to wear seat belts. You must buckle up for the entire duration of your ride.
Damages and Cleaning Fees: We deep-clean our vehicles daily. If a passenger causes severe interior damage or leaves a major mess, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning or repair fee.

Do you provide car seats for young children?

What happens if I accidentally leave an item inside a taxi?
Do not panic. We check our vehicles after every shift. If you lose an item, call our dispatch office immediately with your pickup time and driver’s name. We will work fast to return your property.
