Extra Stops: If you ask the driver to make unscheduled stops along your route, we may adjust the final fare to reflect the extra time and distance.
Cancellations and Wait Time Rules

How to Cancel: If you need to cancel your ride, please call our dispatch team as soon as possible.
Airport Flight Delays: We track commercial flights in real-time. If your plane arrives late, we do not charge you extra wait fees. We adjust your pickup time automatically.
Standard Wait Times: For non-airport pickups, your driver will wait for 15 minutes past the scheduled time. If you do not show up or contact us within those 15 minutes, we may mark the ride as a “no-show.”
