Full Refunds: To receive a 100% refund, you must cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Refunds are credited back instantly to your original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice, or failure to meet your driver within the designated grace period, will be charged the full amount of the quoted fare.
